Pearson Homes was founded by Collins Pearson, a local builder who grew up walking construction sites with his father, a second-generation architect. Collins began his career in residential remodeling and estimating in Huntsville in the late 1980s before earning a Building Science degree from Auburn University.

Over the last three decades, he has managed the development of more than 25 North Alabama communities and continues to lead Pearson Homes with a dedication to custom quality and hands-on customer care.

In 2016, we intentionally shifted our focus away from high-volume building to prioritize a personalized, high-touch homeowner experience.
