As first time builders, We love our Pearson home. The included amenities are unbeatable and the builder was great to work with in customizing our home. Homes that we looked at previously did not have a good balance of room sizes. Most would put most of the space in a single room such as the kitchen or living room at the expense of the other rooms in the house. Our Pearson home has a great balance in space, resulting in all the rooms in the house being spacious. We love our Pearson home and recommend the builder to all out friends.

We are very pleased with our home building experience with Pearson Homes. From start to finish, it was truly a joy working with everyone involved to build our beautiful home. Not only were the people great to work with, the quality of the home is outstanding. From the craftsmanship, to the materials used, it all combined in a beautiful home for us. As first time builders, Blair and I weren't sure what to expect. We had heard various comments about builders from other friends that have built in the past few years. It was definitely a huge surprise for us that working with Van, Scott, and Carolyn was such a pleasant experience. If we ever had a question, we knew we didn't have to hesitate to ask; and we never had to worry whether we would get a prompt and good answer. Van took the time to go over our plans and help us to customize the home for our needs. Once the house started going up, Scott always took the time to let me know what was going on in the house and listened to our concerns and if there was ever a small mix up, he made sure it was fixed right away. The best part is that once the house was complete, the Pearson Home team didn't drop off the face of the earth. They are still there to talk to and ask questions if needed.

First of all, we would like to thank Pearson Homes for a great building experience. Prior to building our home, we heard various horror stories about building a home and all the problems that can arise. Despite the horror stories, we found that working with Van, Scott, and Debra was actually the total opposite. The reasoning behind choosing Pearson Homes is that we loved the fact that we were able to build a custom home for a reasonable price and that we could get everything we dreamed of plus more. During the building of our Pearson Home, we were in the process of selling our existing home in Madison, Alabama. Despite the current economic situation and the suffering housing market, we were able to sell our previous home within 3 months with the assistance of our fantastic realtor Debra Lester, which is also one of Pearson Homes’ superb agents. Again, thanks Pearson Homes for the beautiful home and incredible experience.

We would like to take this time to express our sincere appreciation to Van Wales and our builder, Ryan, of Pearson Homes, Inc. and Victor Englert and Jane Harrington of Rise Real Estate.

This was the first time we've had a home built and, right from the beginning, we had many, many questions. Our first contact, Victor Englert from Rise Real Estate, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable in answering our questions about our intent to build. We performed extensive research of competitor home builders in the area but returned to Pearson Homes to make our purchase because they allowed us to customize our home based upon previous designs, unlike some competitors. Jane Harrington, our Realtor with Rise Real Estate, ensured first class, enthusiastic service. She was instrumental in helping us to decide on the design plan that we were able to customized which eventually became our "dream home". Victor patiently worked with us to finalize our plans, which were flawlessly executed by Van Wales of Pearson Homes, Inc. Van's expertise, attention to detail and extreme patience with our many questions made this home building experience very pleasurable. Our builder, Ryan, bent over backwards to ensure our 100% satisfaction of the job. To date, he still extends that courtesy to anything that needs to be rectified. You can't get better service than that. A deep appreciation and thanks goes to Ryan.

You hear horror stories about building a home and all the problems that arise. We are happy to say that we experienced no problems with Pearson Homes and we highly recommend them. Our home turned out beautifully and we love living at Grand Lake. It's not only beautiful but very peaceful. Thank you Pearson Homes for making our dream home become a reality! Building a new home was an entirely new experience for us. Once we chose to build in Grand Lake, my wife, Kate, and I met with Pearson Homes’ on-site agent, Victor Englert, to discuss the possibility of building our first new home. Since this was our first time building a home, we did not know quite what to expect, apart from horror stories from other friends and acquaintances. However, Victor immediately put us at ease and worked tirelessly to help us pick out the perfect lot to go along with the perfect house plan. It was so exciting!

Once we decided on a lakeside lot, then it was on to meet the folks at Pearson Homes. Building a new home was an entirely new experience for us. Van Wales, the project manager, and his highly professional staff made this the absolute best experience one could possibly receive in home construction! With Pearson Homes, personalized quality care and quality construction go hand-in-hand. Van’s character and true concern for us was evident during each step of the building process. His honesty, trust and professional know-how put our minds at rest during the entire time that our home was being built.

The next stop was a visit to the Pearson Homes Design Center where we had to make our color selections. Color! Oh no! What if we chose the wrong granite to go with our tile backsplash? We both felt that this would be a daunting task, but when we met our Designer, Luann Mann, nothing could be further from the truth. Her sense of humor and ease of style truly made this both a fun and exciting experience. Our house was taking shape – at least on paper.

Next, we met Pearson Homes Building Supervisor, Ryan Shipman. He really knows how to build a quality home! Ryan’s fun and confident nature was so enjoyable! He strives for and only accepts excellence in the quality of work from his professional crew, and believe us, it really shows! Ryan made each of our scheduled home walk-throughs easy, understandable, and a pleasure. Taking great pride in his work, Ryan knows and understands the meaning of quality customer satisfaction.

Last but certainly not least, there is Pearson Homes Office Manager, Carolyn Nemeth. Always there to politely and courteously answer the phone and handle questions, Carolyn was highly efficient in professionally managing our home construction records and work-order changes in the office.

From start to finish, Van and his staff guided us along each step of the way! The quality, new home they have built for us continues to bring numerous compliments from our friends and guests. Hands down, Pearson Homes is THE quality homebuilder in the Madison County area. My wife Angie and I are natives of Huntsville Alabama and decided to make our final home move in June of 2009. After careful consideration of where we wanted to create a once-in-a-lifetime dream home, we chose Hampton Station and Pearson Homes. Just take one step inside of one of the many custom homes they offer and you will be sold on the craftsmanship and affordability. We toured and viewed several different areas and home types and were simply sold on the value Pearson offers. To take it one step further, Pearson was open-minded enough to work with us and allow us to actually create our home and not just accept a pre-drawn plan. Every step of our process was very informative and professional from the real estate aspect, the transition time, and along the construction path to the final closing. No doubt, a top-shelf experience across the board.
